To ensure that every client has the best experience possible, that is both timely and professional, please be aware of the following policies. 

Please comply with policies to avoid the cancellation of your appointment.

Masks are recommended but no longer required. 

If you have been exposed to COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment after you have completed quarantine.

Remember, if you are not feeling well, please stay at home! As always, your deposit can be used to accommodate any rescheduling needs.

A $35 deposit is required at the time of booking. It is non-refundable but is transferable to any appointment changes needed. This deposit goes towards your service. Deposits are required for full sets and fills. 

Your deposit will not be refunded if we cannot provide your service due to non-compliance with appointment policies.

Eyelash extensions cannot and will not be applied to any individual with known allergies to the adhesive used or any ingredients in the adhesive. 

Eyes must remain closed throughout the entire procedure. If you cannot keep your eyes closed from start to finish, we will end the appointment to preserve your eyes' health and safety. 

If you use contact lenses, it is highly recommended that you come to your appointment without your contacts.  

Cell phones are NOT to be used during the procedure. 

Please schedule your appointments with ample time. Time spent on each client varies depending on how many lashes an individual has. We can only deliver the best possible results by reserving enough time for each client. 

Please arrive with clean lashes free of makeup, glue, and dirt. Dirty lashes cause poor retention. 

24-hour cancellation policy 

If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before. 

Missed appointments

No-shows will be charged the remaining balance after the deposit and will be banned from booking.

Late cancellations

Appointments canceled within the 24-hour period are considered late cancellations and will be charged the remaining balance after the deposit.

Late arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be canceled, and you will be charged the remaining balance after the deposit.

Fills require at least 40% of your eyelash extensions to be remaining at the time of your appointment. Less than 40% will be considered a full set.
